At the begining of 2016 German theater director David Bösch and I visited the workshop’s of three master artisans: a baker, a shoemaker, and a goldsmith. These portraits served as a prelude to his production of Richard Wagner’s opera „Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg“ at the Bavarian State Opera and appeared in the 2016-2017 issue of Max Joseph.
